1. The products we provide to your side guarantee that the goods are brand new and have passed quality inspection. 2. We are willing to send technical personnel to the installation site of the goods for technical consultation, cargo volume budgeting and guidance, installation, commissioning, cooperation in start-up and trial operation, and responsible for resolving manufacturing defects discovered during the installation, commissioning, and trial operation of the contracted goods. 3. If there are any technical service requirements, we can negotiate with you and fax them to you in writing. 4. After the expiration of the contract, if requested by your side, we will provide repair and maintenance services at a reasonable price and provide all relevant technical information on improving the goods to you free of charge. 5. We welcome your delegation of supervision representatives to the factory for supervision and factory inspection, and are willing to provide all necessary convenience for the supervision representatives in terms of work and life. 6. After the installation of the goods is completed, we can send personnel to participate in debugging and solve any problems as soon as possible. At any time during the execution of the contract, if we are responsible for any inspection, testing, retesting, repair, or replacement required, we will fully bear the cost of repair, replacement, and repeated testing. 7. During the execution of the contract, if our goods have defects, technical information is incorrect, or if the project is reworked or the goods are scrapped due to the mistakes of our technical guidance personnel, we will immediately replace them free of charge and bear all the expenses incurred for replacement at the installation site.
